I expected a higher quality from these levers, I don't know why. Their only special feature is the kraton insert, but it feels like cheap plastic. Maybe the insert feel better when used in extreme conditions, but I doubt it. Levers come with two sets of inserts to match your taste, black or grey, or to replace the inserts when they get ruined. Also, the aluminum adjust barrel looks really cheap. Other than that, they work as they were intented. I'm using them in combination with 9 speed Shimano Deore shifters, so maybe I will look for better levers.
